Ingredients

1 glass(es)	mayonnaise
1	pork sausage, sliced
1 large can(s)	mushrooms, sliced, drained
½ large can(s)	peas, drained
½ large can(s)	carrots, drained, sliced
3	gherkins, sliced and some liquid from the gherkins’ glass
4	hard boiled eggs, diced
250 g	pasta
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper and liquid from the gherkins.

Serve chilled.
