Pasta salad with feta cheese recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pasta |
400 g | cherry tomatoes, halved |
200 g | Feta cheese, crumbled |
60 g | Parma ham, diced |
20 g | sun-dried tomatoes, diced |
20 g | sesame seed |
60 g | grated Gouda cheese |
3 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 bunch(es) | basil, chopped |
6 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper | |
1 tsp | chili flakes |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and allow to chill. Cook the tomatoes in a dry pan for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to chill.In a blender, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, sesame seed, Gouda cheese, garlic, basil, oil and chili flakes and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, Feta cheese and Parma ham with the dressing. Toss well and serve.
