|250 g||cottage cheese|
|1 tsp||instant vegetable stock|
|salt and pepper|
|300 g||small pasta|
|3 handful||wild herbs, mixed, e.g. wild garlic, sorrel, dandelion, nettle, cleaned and chopped|
|100 g||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
InstructionsCook the pasta until al dente.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, instant stock and milk and blend. Add onions and herbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Drain the cooked pasta and place into a greased baking dish. Add the cheese mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake at 180°C until golden brown and bubbling.
