Ingredients

200 g	pasta
4	eggs
100 ml	milk
50 ml	single cream
100 g	Parmesan cheese, grated
100 g	mushrooms, sliced
1 clove(s)	garlic, minced
60 g	onion, chopped
1 tbsp	parsley, chopped
	salt and pepper
	paprika powder

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until almost al dente.

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, cream, parsley, garlic and 1/3 of the Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

In a casserole, combine the cooked pasta, onions and mushrooms. Pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
