Pasta casserole with mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | pasta |
4 | eggs |
100 ml | milk |
50 ml | single cream |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
100 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
60 g | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until almost al dente.In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, cream, parsley, garlic and 1/3 of the Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
In a casserole, combine the cooked pasta, onions and mushrooms. Pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
