Ingredients
3 rasher(s) | bacon |
3 slice(s) | white bread, toasted |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
4 leaves | lettuce |
1 slice(s) | chicken breast |
4 slice(s) | tomato |
butter, for frying |
Instructions
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken breast until cooked through.Drain on kitchen roll.Fry the bacon until evenly cooked. Drain on kitchen roll.
Tast bread in toaster or in the frying pan.
Spread each slice with mayonnaise.
On the first lice of toast, place some lettuce and then the chicken breast. Then cover with second slice of toast. Top the slice with bacon, tomato slices and lettuce. Top with last slice of toast.
