Pasta alla cacciatora recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pasta |
1 tbsp | butter |
200 g | mushroom, sliced |
200 g | smoked ham, sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
120 g | single cream |
½ tsp | nutmeg |
150 g | Parmesan cheese |
120 g | crème fraîche |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, sauté the smoked ham and the mushrooms in butter until golden. Stir in the single cream and the crème fraîche, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the pasta and toss for a minute. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the parsley and the chive and serve with the Parmesan cheese.
