Ingredients

500 g	pasta
1 tbsp	butter
200 g	mushroom, sliced
200 g	smoked ham, sliced
1 tbsp	parsley, chopped
1 tbsp	chives, chopped
120 g	single cream
½ tsp	nutmeg
150 g	Parmesan cheese
120 g	crème fraîche
	salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, sauté the smoked ham and the mushrooms in butter until golden. Stir in the single cream and the crème fraîche, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the pasta and toss for a minute. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the parsley and the chive and serve with the Parmesan cheese.
