Party meatballs recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced meat |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
1 | bread roll, grated |
1 | egg |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 tsp | paprika powder |
2 tsp | parsley |
1 tsp | pepper |
1 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 tsp | marjoram |
1 tbsp | flour |
3 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, mustard, paprika powder, parsley, pepper, garlic and marjoram. Knead until well combined.Shape the mixture into ping pong sized balls. Flatten the balls on a floured surface.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the meatballs. Sharply roast the meatballs from both sides. Reduce the heat and cook the meatballs for 10 minutes over low to medium heat, turning the balls twice.
Serve with ketchup or mustard!
