Parsnip Potato and Carrot Mash recipe

|500 g||parsnip, peeled and diced|
|500 g||potatoes, peeled and diced|
|500 g||carrots, peeled and diced|
|200 ml||single cream|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|freshly grated nutmeg|
Cook the vegetables in salted water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Drain.
Add the cream and mash the vegetables with a potato masher. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
