Hot crab dip recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | backfin crab meat |
1 | egg, beaten |
¼ tsp | mustard |
250 g | mayonnaise |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tbsp | pimentos, chopped (optional) |
1 dash(es) | pepper |
Instructions
Mix the egg with the mustard and pepper, add the crab meat, pimento and 200g of mayonnaise.Preheat oven to 175°C. Spoon the mixture into a small casserole dish. Spread the rest of the mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the Parmesan starts to turn light golden.
Serve with fresh crusty Ciabatta.
