2 tbsp | coriander leaves, chopped |
½ tsp | sea salt |
2 tbsp | lemon juice, fresh |
5 tbsp | pine nuts, toasted, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
30 g | parmesan, freshly grated |
5 tbsp | olive oil, extra virgin |
Instructions
Grind parsley, coriander, salt, lemon juice, nuts, garlic and cheese in a mortar with pestle.Stir in the olive oil.
Store covered with olive oil in the fridge.
