Parmesan potatoes recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
Wash potatoes (do not peel) and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add a layer of potatoes and sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat, using all potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
