Ingredients
240 ml | whipping cream |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
180 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
⅛ tsp | pepper, ground |
tsp | nutmeg, ground |
Instructions
Combine the cream, garlic, nutmeg and pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil, whist stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes and then discard the garlic.Add the cheese, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Pour into a bowl to cool.
When cooled, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Scoop out small balls with a melonballer and arrange the balls on a serving platter.
Serve with slices of baguette.
