This drink was introduced to us on a cruise to St. Thomas, USVI atop Paradise Point where you can take a skyride up, or down. The drink is suggested by the establishment atop Paradise Point, is almost all alcohol, and tastes like a milkshake. Drinker beware! Can also be served over ice without blending, but will be stronger.

Ingredients
Serves: 3- 6 ounces Irish cream liqueur (ie. Bailey’s)
- 3 ounces coffee liqueur (ie. Kahlua)
- 2 ounces Amaretto
- 3 ounces dark creme de cacao
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 2 ounces vodka
- Dash nutmeg
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Fill blender half full of ice.
2. Add above ingredients, adding rum and vodka last.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Add dash of nutmeg.
