Ingredients
Serves: 4- 16 ounces skinless turkey breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- toasted sesame seeds for topping
- sauce mix:
- 2 tablespoons light teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soymilk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- garnish:
- 1 pint sunflower sprouts
- 6 cherry tomatoes – cut into halves
- 1 red radish , sliced into 8 thin slices
- extra honey to drop onto plates
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Panfry Turkey Breast Fillets in 2 Tbsp Canola oil until done
2. Stir in Sauce Mix and heat through
3. Place fillets over Sunflower sprouts, add 3 cherry tomato halves and 2 red radish slices. Garnish plate with drops of honey
4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over fillets and plate.
