Palmiers with meat filling recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | puff pastry |
300 g | beef mince |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
50 g | grated cheese |
½ | sausage (Chorizo), chopped |
½ bunch(es) | parsley |
Instructions
Mix the meat, garlic, parsley, cheese and chorizo well. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the filling onto it. Leave 1 inch on all sides free. Now roll the pastry up from both sides equally. Wrap with cling foil and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.When the pastry has cooled, cut into 5mm slices, put on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve cold as finger-food.
Note:
You can prepare the palmiers and freeze before baking. You do not need to defrost them before baking, just bake them frozen. They might need a few minutes longer.
