Ingredients
170 g | ganthia flour |
1 pinch(es) | baking powder |
½ tsp | chili powder |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
60 ml | water |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
oil, for frying | |
1 large | onion, sliced |
120 g | cauliflower florets |
150 g | eggplant, sliced |
150 g | green pepper, sliced |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder, chili powder and salt. Add water and lemon juice, beat well to make a dough.Cook eggplant, cauliflower and onion until just tender. Sauté mushrooms until soft. Combine all vegetables in a bowl.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip vegetables into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper.
