- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped and peeled apple
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy. Stir in sifted dry ingredients, add vanilla, nuts, apples, and mix well. Pour into greased large pie pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
