Ingredients
8 | oysters |
½ tsp | salt |
3 | tomatoes |
½ | onions, finely chopped |
3 | chillies, seeded and finely chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
pepper to taste |
Instructions
Take oysters out of the shell and wash.
Place all ingredients into a pot and cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes until ready. Serve with rice.
