Ingredients
1 kg | pork loin ribs |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
2 | onions |
2 tbsp | rosemary, ground |
1 tbsp | thyme, ground |
1 tbsp | marjoram, ground |
4 tbsp | oil |
2 tbsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | tomatoe puree |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Wash and dry ribs, cut them into pieces, each about 2 or 3 bones to a piece.
Put all other ingredients into a blender, pound well and coat the ribs with this mixture. Put the ribs on a roasting tray, place in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes. Turn over a few times and coat with the remaining spice mixture.
