Oven banana pudding recipe details
Ingredients
4 | bananas |
300 ml | milk |
2 large | eggs |
4 large | eggs, whites only |
100 g | sugar |
30 g | flour, all-purpose |
2 tsp | vanilla |
¼ tsp | salt |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
⅛ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Cut 2 bananas into large chunks and the the other two bananas into thick round slices. Arrange the sliced banana rounds in the bottom of the baking dish.
Combine the banana chunks, milk, 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the banana rounds and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
