Ingredients
10 medium | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
salt | |
olive oil | |
3 tbsp | chives, chopped |
3 tbsp | sesame seed |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.Divide the potatoes on a lined baking tray. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 25-35 minutes. When the potatoes are nearly done, sprinkle with sesame seed and finish baking.
Serve garnished with chives.
