Oven baked minced meat pancake recipe details
Ingredients
4 medium | eggs |
100 ml | milk |
5 tbsp | sparkling water |
2 | onions, chopped |
500 g | beef mince |
500 g | tomatoes, diced |
150 g | freshly grated cheese |
100 g | flour |
salt and pepper | |
basil leaves | |
1 tbsp | oil |
paprika | |
1 tbsp | dried Italian herbs |
Instructions
Into a bowl, put the flour and whisk in eggs, milk and the water. Season the batter with salt and pepper.In a saucepan heat the oil. Fry the onions and the minced meat until the meat is browned and crumbled. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour the batter onto a lined and preheated baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 3-4 minutes. Arrange the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with the herbs, the minced meat and finally with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes more.
Serve garnished with fresh basil.
