Oven baked eggs recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 extra-large eggs
- 4 pinches Johnny’sseasoned salt
- 4 pinches of bacon bits
- 4 Tablespoons of 3-cheese mixture (mozzarella, cheddar, provolone)
- Chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray 4 souffle ramekin dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Crack 1 egg into each ramekin. Put a pinch of seasoned salt and a pinch of bacon bits onto each egg. Put 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture on top of each egg. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the top of each egg with chopped parsley and serve. For a delicious option, slice a cherry tomato and place on top of cheese before baking.
