Our Own Cream Sauce recipe

- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
This cream sauce can be used over fresh fruit, mixed with fruit, or as a dip for fresh fruit. The basic recipe can be changed to suit your taste and use.
Stir sour cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Cover and chill in refrigerator. This can be mixed with fresh raspberries or any other fruit, or with strawberry or any other jelly. When the basic recipe is changed, adjust lemon juice (thick or thin consistency) or adjust sugar for sweetness to taste.
Other options: raisins, chopped nuts, coconut, or orange extract.
