Basic flan cake recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | sugar |
60 g | butter |
3 medium | eggs, yolks only |
120 g | cake flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
120 ml | milk |
½ tsp | lemon extract |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Combine butter, sugar and egg yolks and beat until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and add milk and lemon extract. Mix well. Pour into greased flan pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Cool.
