This steak recipe will become your family’s favorite — it’s seasoned with McCormick(R) Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons McCormick(R) Minced Onions
- 2 teaspoons McCormick(R) Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound steak, such as New York strip, rib-eye or sirloin steak
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 16 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with additional Worcestershire Pepper, if desired.
