- 1 Jimmy Deanlow-fat sausage log, frozen
- 2 cups orange juice
- Lemon pepper, salt, and pepper to taste

One hour before slicing, remove the sausage from the freezer. When slightly thawed, cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place the slices in a flat Tupperware container and sprinkle with the seasonings. Pour in the orange juice to cover the sausage. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
On a low setting in an electric frying skillet, simmer the sausages for hours or until the liquid has thickened and the slices are golden brown. Serve 3 slices per person.
