Orange pasta recipe details
Ingredients
500 ml | orange juice |
80 g | butter |
6 | figs, thinly sliced |
3 | oranges, peeled and thinly sliced |
350 g | ribbon noodles |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan cook the orange juice until reduced to 200 ml. Add the butter and simmer until the butter has melted. Stir in the fig and orange and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the noodles and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Good with poultry or seafood.
