Orange glazed fruit cups recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- sliced, fresh seasonal fruit (firm bananas, red & white seedless grapes, strawberries, blueberries)
Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Stir in orange juice. Cook over medium heat and stir frequently for five minutes until full boil. Boil 2 minutes then remove from heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter until melted.
Cool before stirring into sliced, fresh seasonal fruit. Serve in individual ramekins or for a special presentation, use pre-made tart shells. Top with preserves and fresh mint sprig.
