Orange Custard Pudding recipe

|350 ml||orange juice|
|3 medium||eggs, yolks only|
|240 ml||plain yogurt|
|2 tsp||orange peel, grated|
Combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add orange juice and combine well. Cook and stir until bubbly.
Gradually stir 240 ml of the mixture into the egg yolks and mix well. Return to the pan and the remaining mixture and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the yoghurt, butter and grated orange peel. Cover and chill.
