Ingredients
1 | orange, sliced |
6 | carrots, peeled, diced |
1 tsp | honey |
½ tsp | salt |
1 dash(es) | pepper |
2 tsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
Dice the carrots and place in a pan. Cover with water. Add the orange, honey, salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil. Redce heat, cover, and simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes, until tender. Remove the lid and cook for further 5 minutes.Mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water, and stir slowly into carrots until the gravy thickens.
