Ingredients

1	orange, sliced
6	carrots, peeled, diced
1 tsp	honey
½ tsp	salt
1 dash(es)	pepper
2 tsp	cornstarch

Instructions

Dice the carrots and place in a pan. Cover with water. Add the orange, honey, salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil. Redce heat, cover, and simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes, until tender. Remove the lid and cook for further 5 minutes.

Mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water, and stir slowly into carrots until the gravy thickens.
