Onion and parsley stuffed trouts recipe details
Ingredients
4 | trouts, ready to cook |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | egg |
some | flour |
4 tbsp | butter |
To garnish: | |
1 | lemon, sliced |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Season the trouts inside and outside with salt and pepper and stuff the cavities with parsley and onions. In a plate whisk the egg. Turn the fishes first in the egg, then in flour until well coated.In a large saucepan, heat the butter and fry the trouts from both sides until golden and crispy.
Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
