Trout with Lemon Cream Sauce recipe

|1 tbsp||butter, softened|
|180 ml||double cream|
|4 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp||chopped green onions|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Season flour wiht salt and pepper. Put fillets in flour mixture and coat well. Shake off excess flour.
Melt butter in a saucepan and fry fillets over medium high heat until golden on both sides about 6-8 minutes. Remove fillets and keep warm.
Add cream to pan and simmer, stirring constantly, until it thickens, 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir well.
To serve, pour sauce over the fillets. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
