Ingredients
1 stalk(s) | leek, thinly sliced |
1 tsp | oil |
100 g | veal mince |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
50 g | yoghurt |
2 | eggs |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the minced meat and cook stirring until crumbly and slightly browned. Add the leek and cook for some more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the yoghurt and keep warm.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and brush with oil. Pour in the eggs. Cook over low heat until set. Slide onto a plate. Top half of the omelette with the mince mixture. Fold over the other half and serve.
