Ingredients

30 g green olives, pitted and halved
60 g black olives, pitted and halved
25 g almond flakes
1 bunch(es) basil, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
100 ml olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

In a pan, toast the almond flakes. Place the the olives, almonds, basil, garlic and the oil in a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with freshly cooked pasta ore use as a dressing for pasta salad with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
