Ingredients
30 g | green olives, pitted and halved |
60 g | black olives, pitted and halved |
25 g | almond flakes |
1 bunch(es) | basil, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
40 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
100 ml | olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a pan, toast the almond flakes. Place the the olives, almonds, basil, garlic and the oil in a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve with freshly cooked pasta ore use as a dressing for pasta salad with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
