Ohio Bed and Breakfast Squash
- Ingredients
- Butternut squash
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Slice or mash squash. Melt butter. Combine butter, sugar, squash, pecans and cornflakes; cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
