Ingredients

Serves: 4

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 5 whole mushrooms, sliced thin
• 4 small sprigs parsley, minced
• 1 pinch seasoned salt
• 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Sautee the onion and garlic in the hot oil for 2 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and sautee until they are soft and turning light brown.
4. Add the parsley and turn the heat to low so you don’t burn the parsley.
5. Add a pinch of seasoned salt and crushed red pepper flakes.
