Octopus and potato salad recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | octupus |
2 large | potatoes |
some | parsley, chopped |
white wine | |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Clean the octopus, cut its eyes and wash it.Place octupus in a pot with water and a teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for almost 30 minutes. When cooked, leave to dry, skin it and cut it in small pieces.
Clean the potatoes, peel and cook them. Cut them into small pieces and place in a serving dish. Pour over a bit of white wine.
Add the octopus, sprinkle with parsely, a pinch of salt and some pepper. Add a little bit of olive oil and serve.
