Oatmeal raisin cookies recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal
- dash salt
- 1 cup margarine
Beat eggs and raisins. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in refrigerator for one hour. Cream together vanilla, margarine, and sugars. Add egg and raisins mixture. Sift together the rest of the ingredients and add to above. Mix thoroughly and put on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
