Ingredients
Serves: 5- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 (14.5 ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa, or to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.
3. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Spoon the ground beef over the chips. Pour the salsa over the tortilla chips and sprinkle the pepperoni and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
