Nougat Cake with Nuts and Pears recipe

Ingredients
200 g | cornflakes, crumbled |
80 g | butter, melted |
125 ml | pear juice |
15 sheet(s) | gelatin |
1 ½ kg | curd cheese |
250 g | whipped cream |
850 g | canned pears |
4 cl | pear liqueur |
800 g | nougat spread |
30 g | cornflakes |
1 handful | hazelnuts |

Instructions
Soak 3 sheets of gelatin in cold water. Mix together the cornflakes, melted butter, pear juice and the squeezed and dissolved gelatin and cover with the mixture the bottom of a buttered cake form. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Divide the pears on top.Soak 12 sheets of gelatin in water.
In a bowl, combine the nougat spread, curd cheese and the squeezed and dissolved gelatin. Fold in the whipped cream and stir in the pear liqueur. Evenly cover the pears with the curd cheese mixture. Allow to cool for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Garnish the cake with cornflakes and chopped hazelnuts.
