2 | pears, peeled, cored, cut into small dices |
1 | apple, peeled, cored, diced |
75 g | raisins |
100 | dried Morello cherries |
1 | red onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley |
400 g | breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a large saucepan with hot butter, sauté onion and fennel over medium heat until soft. Add pears and apples and cook for 5 more minutes.Take from heat and add all other ingredients and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
