Noodle kugels recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | spaghettini |
100 g | sour cream |
1 | egg, lightly beaten |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, flat-leave, chopped |
some | salt and pepper |
some | paprika powder, to dust |
Instructions
Grease a muffin tin (ø 7cm).Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again. Place in a bowl with sour cream, egg, onion, garlic and parsley. Season and stir to combine.
Divide mixture among muffin cups.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Bake for about 20 minutes until tops start to crisp and turn golden.
Sprinkle with paprika powder.
