No fail banana nut bread details
- Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour (sift before measuring)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oleo
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup mashed bananas
- 3 Tablespoons buttermilk
- 1/2 cup nuts
