No brainer mac and cheese recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 cups uncooked macaroni pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 3/4 pound Velveeta(R) cheese, cubed
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook, according to package directions, until al dente. Drain.
2. While pasta is cooking: place butter in a skillet and set over medium heat. When butter melts, add the flour. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3. Slowly pour in the half-and-half. When the cream reaches a boil, cook for about 2 more minutes to thicken, then add cheese and stir to melt.
4. Add drained macaroni to the skillet. Stir well to combine; cook for another 4 minutes, stirring. Serve.
