It’s easy to make a key lime pie that is smooth and creamy! No-bake cheesecakes are light and fluffy, and do not taste as heavy as the traditional baked cake.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 to 6 ounces key lime juice, fresh or good quality bottled
- 1 (8 ounce) container thawed whipped topping
- 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
Preparation method
Prep: 3 hours 20 mins1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan.
2. Stir while heating to completely dissolve, set aside.
3. Mix together condensed milk and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
4. Mix key lime juice with gelatine mixture and add to condensed milk/sour cream mixture.
5. Thoroughly mix all together. Refrigerate until slightly set and “jiggly”. Stir well until smooth.
6. Fold in whipped topping until just well blended. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 3 hours.
