New orleans shrimp pate details
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups peeled, cooked shrimp meat
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 dashes Tabascopepper sauce
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in blender or processor; blend well to thick paste. Pack firmly into 3-cup mold. Chill 4 hours. Unmold and serve with toast rounds.
