New jersey's best blueberry muffins recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 3 scant cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
