Nectarine Jam recipe

Ingredients
1 kg | nectarines, unpeeled, chopped |
600 g | sugar |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
spices, if desired (one at a time): | |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
1 tsp | almond extract |
1 tsp | ground ginger |
1 tsp | brandy extract |
Instructions
Chop nectarines and place in a pot or saucepan. Cook over low heat and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.
After 30 minutes add some spices, if desired. Stir and cook for further 5-10 minutes. Skim foam off surface.
Ladle jam into sterilized jars and place in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
