Instructions
In a skillet, sauté peaches for 1-2 minutes in butter. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved and forms a glaze. Add lemon juice, sherry and cinnamon. Stir smoothly.Remove from heat and serve in a sauce dish. Pour over ham when slices.
